RETURNS POLICY

At Yanzz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, our return policy makes the process simple and transparent. Please read the details below before initiating a return.

1. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 7 Days from the date your order is delivered.
  • After 7 days, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns.

2. Condition of Items

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

3. Return Process

  1. To start a return, please email us at support@yanzz.store with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service to avoid any issues.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All sale and discounted items are final sale with no return or refund option. This includes our Black Friday sale.

YANZZ COLLECTIONS

We operate with a 14 day return policy on all ready to wear collections. The 14 day return window begins from the date your order is received. Any returns made outside this return window will not be accepted.

To be eligible for return, items must be in unworn, the same as received condition with all tags and return ribbons attached. Garments showing any signs of wear, perfume or stains will not be accepted for return. Any items returned outside these regulations will not be accepted, and the customer must pay the return delivery fee.

Yanzz does not cover delivery and custom fees on returns. Returns that arrive with duties and fees outstanding will not be processed until resolved and paid by the customer.

DENIM, ONE OF ONE & YANZZ ITEMS

We operate strictly under a store credit only policy on all denim, one of one and made to order garments. Please check sizing and garment information prior to placing an order. Once an item of this nature is returned, a store credit of the item amount will be processed and valid for 6 months.

There are no exceptions to this returns policy.
